Technical Project Coordinator — Software Development

Part-Time | $25–$35/Hour

Early-stage technology company seeks a smart, energetic, and technically capable individual to help coordinate software development and accelerate project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor engineering assignments, progress, and deadlines
• Identify bottlenecks and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Review completed work against requirements
• Coordinate developers, testing, and bug resolution
• Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency
• Provide concise progress reports to management

Qualifications:

• Coding experience or strong understanding of software development
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Persistent, resourceful, and results-driven
• Comfortable holding engineers accountable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
