About the Role

Elite Care is growing its telemedicine team and looking for licensed providers to deliver hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to patients across the U.S. You set your own availability, work from anywhere, and see patients through our telehealth platform. We handle the technology, onboarding, and malpractice coverage so you can focus on patient care.

Time commitment: 5-10 hours per week minimum, with room to grow as your availability and state licenses allow.

Compensation

$30.00 per Sync visit

What You’ll Do

• Conduct video consultations with HRT/TRT patients
• Review symptoms and lab results and build individualized treatment plans
• Initiate and manage HRT, TRT, and related hormone therapies when clinically appropriate
• Educate patients on risks, benefits, and realistic treatment expectations
• Prescribe in line with clinical guidelines and state regulations
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy over time
• Keep accurate, compliant documentation in our platform

Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, or licensed NP
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Current DEA registration
• Board certification [specify accepted specialties or certifying bodies]
• Strong clinical judgment and clear, empathetic patient communication
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and the ability to work independently
• Multi-State licenses required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HRT, TRT, or hormone optimization
• Prior telemedicine experience
• Licensure in multiple states 30+

Pay: $30.00 - $120.00 per hour
