  • Govern technical solution architectures on strategic pursuits, partnering with Growth to embed differentiated technology into bids, RFIs, white papers, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Lead DLH’s technology strategy, including solution architects and external emerging and established technology subject-matter experts – whether as direct reports or a matrixed community of practice and partners.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships and alliances with technology companies that strengthen DLH’s capabilities and competitive posture. Evaluate emerging technologies and translate into business strategy.
  • Monitor competitor technology investments, partnerships, and market positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.

  • Champion responsible AI adoption across the company and DLH delivery environments coordinating with business-unit technology initiatives.
  • Serve as DLH’s technology voice in relevant customer, partner, and industry forums, providing thought leadership and guidance on emerging trends and mission impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in federal technology leadership, technology strategy, digital transformation, solution development, or related areas, including enterprise-wide scope
  • Demonstrated record of translating technology strategy into growth - differentiated contract wins, new offerings, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience supporting Growth, Capture, solutioning, or major proposal efforts.
  • Deep knowledge of Health and Defense customer missions, the acquisition environment, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with credibility across customers, partners, and senior leadership; able to translate complex technology into clear business and mission implications.
  • Experience supporting federal Health, Defense, or National Security customers preferred.
  • Active Secret Clearance walking through the door
