Remote jobs open to applicants outside the US

245 of the 1,932 live remote listings on Weightless (12.7%) say they accept applicants who live outside the United States, as of 17 Oct 2026. 15 of them are open anywhere, as stated by the employer's own job board. Where pay is advertised (86 listings), the median midpoint is $187k a year in USD.

How we decide: a listing counts only when it names a country or region beyond the US, or the employer's own board (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) lists it as worldwide. “Remote” on its own does not count, because most remote roles are open to one country only.
