We leverage technology and teamwork to deliver high\-quality legal solutions in a remote environment. **Position Overview** We are seeking a self\-driven, highly motivated collections attorney licensed in the State of Wyoming to join our multi\-state collections practice. Our firm operates in ten states, providing comprehensive legal collection services to a diverse client base. This is a fully remote position, ideal for an attorney who thrives in an independent work environment while remaining a proactive and collaborative member of a legal team. The Wyoming collections attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned cases—from pre\-litigation efforts to judgment enforcement—while coordinating with colleagues and support staff across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a strong commitment to achieving client results with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, the ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Wyoming civil procedure, and the ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and manage collection files from suit filing through resolution. * Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. * Appear (virtually or in person) for court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed. * Work with opposing counsel on contested cases. * Advise clients on litigation strategy and case developments. * Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including FDCPA and Texas consumer protection laws. **Qualifications** * Active Wyoming law license in good standing (required). * Active license (or ability to gain one) in CO are preferred. * 2\+ years of experience in collections, creditor’s rights, or civil litigation preferred. * Strong knowledge of Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure and local court practices. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable working independently and managing a remote caseload. * Proficiency with case management software and electronic filing systems. * Additional state licenses is preferred but not required. **Compensation** Competitive and commensurate with experience. **Benefits** * Flexible remote work schedule. * 401(k) and 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $110,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
