Brand Manager

A brand isn't just a logo. It's what people see when they walk through the door. It's the signage, the space, the colors, the details, and the feeling that everything belongs together. At Better Beans Branding, we work across those pieces to help businesses create brands that show up consistently in the real world. We're looking for a **Brand Manager** who can help keep that work moving in the right direction. Your role You'll be involved in client projects from the early conversations through execution, helping translate ideas into clear direction for our creative and project teams. That includes keeping an eye on the big picture while making sure the smaller details don't get lost along the way. You'll: * Build strong working relationships with clients and learn what matters to their brand * Help turn client goals and ideas into clear project direction * Coordinate with designers, project teams, vendors, and other partners * Review brand materials for consistency across different applications * Keep projects organized and communicate updates to clients * Help manage timelines, priorities, feedback, and approvals * Support branding and rebranding projects for new and existing locations * Work through client questions and changes as projects develop * Help prepare presentations, brand recommendations, and project materials * Make sure the finished work stays connected to the original brand vision You might come from... A branding or creative agency. An in\-house marketing team. Hospitality. Retail. Interior design. Account management. Creative project management. Or another environment where you've had to manage both relationships and creative work. We're more interested in whether you understand brands and know how to move projects forward than whether your previous title was exactly “Brand Manager.” A few things we'd like to see: * 3\+ years of experience in branding, marketing, account management, creative services, or related work * Strong communication and presentation skills * Good instincts for brand consistency and visual details * Experience managing projects, clients, or both * The ability to keep several projects organized at the same time * Comfort giving and receiving creative feedback * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience One last thing We're looking for someone who can appreciate the creative side of branding without losing sight of deadlines, budgets, client expectations, and execution. You don't need to be the person designing every piece. You do need to be the person who understands why all the pieces need to work together.
