VP, Marketing **NerdWallet \| United States \| Full\-Time \| Remote** About the Role NerdWallet is seeking a strategic and growth\-oriented **Vice President, Marketing** to lead customer growth, engagement, brand strategy, and go\-to\-market initiatives across our consumer finance platform. This executive will help strengthen NerdWallet's trusted brand while building deeper, more personalized relationships with millions of consumers. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute NerdWallet's overall marketing and customer growth strategy. * Lead customer acquisition, engagement, retention, lifecycle, and brand marketing initiatives. * Build scalable strategies across email, push, content, digital, and emerging channels. * Develop go\-to\-market strategies for new financial products and services. * Use customer data, segmentation, personalization, and AI to improve marketing performance. * Partner with Product, Data, Design, Finance, and business leaders to drive growth. * Establish marketing KPIs and optimize customer lifetime value and ROI. * Build, mentor, and lead a high\-performing marketing organization. * Represent Marketing at the executive level and contribute to company\-wide strategy. Qualifications * 15\+ years of progressive experience in marketing, growth, customer engagement, or related disciplines. * Senior leadership experience in consumer fintech, financial services, technology, or a digital consumer business. * Proven track record driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. * Strong expertise in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and data\-driven customer strategies. * Experience with AI, personalization, automation, and customer analytics preferred. * Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and executive leadership skills. * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
