Job Description
**Business Development Coordinator**
Endo Mastery · Remote (U.S. only) · Part\-time, 30–32 hours/week · $45,000/year
Reports to: VP of Client Experience \& Business Development
May Require Some Travel
***This is the job you have been waiting for!!***
**About Endo Mastery**
For more than 30 years, Endo Mastery has helped independent endodontists across the U.S. and Canada build practices that are more profitable, better run, and easier to live with. Founded by Dr. Ace Goerig, we coach doctors and their teams to work less, earn more, and enjoy their practices again.
**The Role**
The Business Development Coordinator is the link between marketing and sales. Marketing brings doctors in through social media, newsletters, webinars, and seminars. You turn that attention into real conversations, and you turn the right conversations into meetings with our VP of Client Experience \& Business Development, who closes.
You'll use AI every day to find the right doctors, research them before you call, and spot who's engaging. Then you'll pick up the phone.
What You'll Do
Here's an overview of the work you'll own:
**Prospecting and discovery**
* Run first discovery calls with endodontists and decide who's ready for a strategy conversation with our VP of Client Experience \& Business Development
* Make cold calls and send cold emails to new prospects, past clients, and leads that went quiet
* Use Claude and other AI tools to research practices, build prospect lists, and create AI agents that pre\-vet doctors before you call
* Call webinar viewers to learn what landed for them and what they plan to implement, and book the right ones with our VP of Client Experience \& Business Development
* Keep not\-yet\-ready doctors in a nurture track with a scheduled next touch, so no one gets dropped
**Buckets and campaigns**
* Turn newsletter, social media, and webinar engagement into sales buckets, so every engaged doctor gets a next step
* Design targeted campaigns for each bucket — who to reach, what to say, and when
* Track open, click, and reply rates, and adjust based on what's working
* Spot residents and associates moving into practice ownership, and reach out at the right moment
**Social media and marketing**
* Partner with our Director of Marketing on social media efforts
* Engage with doctors who interact with our content and start conversations from it
* Share what you hear on sales calls so our marketing speaks to what doctors actually care about
* Research what doctors most want to learn
**Growth and Ideas**
* Keep a pulse on new sales tools, automation, and prospecting techniques, and bring recommendations, not just links
* Pilot small tests of new channels and ideas before proposing a full rollout
**Seminars and events**
* Invite doctors to our seminars and webinars, track who registers and attends, and follow up with every attendee for conversion
* Help fill our 2\-day seminars, our biggest source of new clients
**Mastery Circle**
* Schedule quarterly Mastery Circle reviews for the doctors our VP VP of Client Experience \& Business Development selects
* Send questionnaires, create review reports with AI, and follow up after each review
* Identify Mastery Circle members who are ready to return to coaching
**Pipeline, KPIs, and tracking**
* Keep the lead tracker and CRM accurate, so anyone can see where every prospect stands
* Track conversion at every stage and flag where prospects stall
* Own the sales KPI dashboard (calls, discovery calls, qualified handoffs, show rate, contracts, and revenue booked) and report weekly
* Track every outstanding and signed contract with follow\-up dates
**Coordination**
* Schedule, prep, and confirm calls and meetings for our VP, so she walks into every conversation ready
* Make sure every call, email, and contract ends with a clear next step
***Please note: Responsibilities are not limited to the list above.***
Flexibility Required
This isn't a 9\-to\-5 role. Doctors are busy, and when a prospect is ready to talk, we move. You'll need to be available to pivot when it counts including some evenings, weekends, and quick\-turn weekday requests, so a doctor who wants to schedule a meeting never has to wait.
Skills \& Qualifications
* Sees a list of names and asks who's ready and what's stopping them
* Not afraid to cold call or cold email. Reaches out to new prospects and past leads that went quiet with confidence, and doesn't wait for leads to come in.
* Confident on the phone — asks direct questions and listens for the real answer
* Comfortable digging into a prospect list and segmenting it, not just executing a list handed to them
* Understands funnel and conversion metrics well enough to spot where a pipeline is leaking, not just report a number
* Strong written communication; can draft a targeted email, not just fill in a template
* Curious and resourceful enough to research a prospect or a new tool without being told exactly where to look
* Highly organized, comfortable owning multiple recurring deadlines and an always\-moving pipeline at once
* Comfortable with Ontraport (or equivalent), Excel, and email analytics
* Confident using Claude and AI tools every day, with a genuine interest in building AI agents and workflows that make the sales process faster and smarter
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media as a sales tool
* Prior sales or business development experience preferred; dental or healthcare experience is a strong plus
What Success Looks Like
* The VP of Client Experience \& Business Development has noticeably more time, and spends it on closing and on the doctors who are ready
* The VP of Client Experience \& Business Development's calendar is full of qualified doctors, and she walks into every call already knowing who she's talking to and why it matters
* Every discovery call ends with a clear decision — transfer, nurture, or disqualify
* AI agents are doing the heavy research and vetting, so calls are spent on the right doctors
* Every priority bucket has an active campaign, and email performance data shapes what gets sent next
* Cold and stalled leads are being worked — called and emailed every week — not forgotten
* The lead tracker and CRM tags are accurate enough that anyone could look at them and know exactly where a prospect stands
* Conversion rate at each pipeline stage is visible and improving, not just tracked after the fact
* No prospect, call, contract, review, or follow\-up ever falls through the cracks
* KPIs are always current and the VP of Client Experience \& Business Development never has to ask “where do we actually stand”
Why You'll Love Working Here
We know this role isn't for everyone — but for the right person, it's a gem. Here's what we offer:
✅ **True Flexibility.** We care about outcomes, not clock\-ins.

✅ **Collaborative Culture.** We're kind, smart, and supportive. You'll be part of a team that shares ideas, encourages questions, and celebrates wins.
✅ **Clarity and Purpose.** You'll know what's needed, be trusted to own it, and grow alongside a company making an impact.
How to Apply
Email your resume and cover letter to Tiffanie Gamboa at **tiffanie@endomastery.com** with the subject line:
**Endo Mastery: Business Development Coordinator Position**
In your cover letter, please answer these three questions:
1\. **Your first 90 days:** If you started with us next month, what would you focus on in your first 30, 60, and 90 days to learn our clients and start building a pipeline? Your first big project would be our 2\-day seminar in Las Vegas on January 29–30, 2027\. Our marketing team is already promoting the seminar. Your job is to turn interests into registrations. Tell us how you'd help fill the room in the weeks leading up to it, and what you'd do with attendees afterward.
2\. **AI in your work:** What AI tools do you use today, and how would you use them to help Endo Mastery find and connect with the right doctors?
3\. **Handling an objection:** A doctor tells you, "I've worked with consultants before and it didn't change anything." What would you say?
Applications without a resume and a cover letter that answers all three questions won't be considered.
Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per year
Benefits:
* Cell phone reimbursement
