JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager with strong expertise in the US Insurance domain, particularly Property \& Casualty (P\&C) insurance and Underwriting.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Product Management and Technical Business Analysis, along with hands-on experience in custom software/application development.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client business needs, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing workflows, creating wireframes/mockups, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to drive successful product development and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end product development and successful delivery of assigned initiatives.
  • Lead ERP/CRM and custom application development initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder discussions, brainstorming sessions, and requirement-gathering workshops.
  • Create detailed use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
  • Design and develop wireframes, mockups, and workflow diagrams to translate business requirements into application functionality.
  • Demonstrate strong Product Management capabilities rather than limiting responsibilities to project coordination and tracking.
  • Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Lead Scrum planning, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Provide functional guidance to technical teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Understand and validate business workflows related to US P\&C insurance, including underwriting processes.
  • Ensure the delivered product functionality meets customer expectations and business requirements.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate test scenarios, and facilitate client feedback.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs of newly developed features and applications.
  • Identify potential project/product risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, communicate updates to management, and obtain necessary approvals for key decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product functionality based on customer feedback and business requirements.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE)

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end software/application development, technical business analysis, or product management.
  • Strong understanding of the US Insurance market, particularly Property \& Casualty (P\&C) insurance.
  • Practical knowledge of P\&C insurance underwriting processes, workflows, and business operations.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, preferably involving custom software/application development.
  • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, workflow designing, wireframing, and creating application mockups.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Experience working closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum), and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Scrum planning, product backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Knowledge and experience using Postman for API testing and validation.
  • Understanding of REST, SOAP, XML, Swagger, and system integration concepts.
  • Strong understanding of client-server architecture, relational databases, cloud-based, and web-based applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and system integration solutions.
  • Must have working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts, including reporting, querying, dashboards, OLAP, spreadsheets, and data mining.
  • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM system implementation.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, UAT, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities, identify risks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate ideas through PowerPoint, Word, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
