This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage marketing campaigns, analyze media performance, and contribute to the growth of our practice through data\-driven decision making. **Duties** * Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads (formerly AdWords) campaigns to increase visibility and attract new patients. * Manage advertising budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels including Facebook and Twitter. * Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high\-performing search terms aligned with our target audience. * Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports. * Perform media planning and buying for paid search marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing initiatives. * Analyze media performance data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve return on investment (ROI). * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for SEO, SEM, and content marketing that support overall business goals. **Skills** * Proven expertise in performance marketing with a focus on paid search advertising across multiple platforms. * Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing Ads), Facebook Advertising, and Twitter Ads. * Proficiency in web analytics reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. * Experience managing budgets in a search marketing role with an emphasis on ROI optimization. * Familiarity with SEO tools, media buying strategies, and conversion optimization techniques. * Ability to conduct thorough keyword research and utilize SEO tools effectively. * Skilled in managing spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis for marketing analytics purposes. * Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms is a plus for practices offering online sales or appointment bookings.
