Hiring: Licensed Engineer, HR Compliance & Accounting

**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Licensed Engineer with expertise in HR compliance and accounting to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence both technical projects and HR processes, driving organizational success through meticulous compliance management and innovative talent strategies. **Responsibilities** * Oversee HR compliance programs, ensuring adherence to employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and labor regulations across all organizational levels. * Manage benefits administration, including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and employee wellness programs. * Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees through effective employee orientation processes. * Facilitate performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations, training \& development programs, and succession planning activities. * Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth, workforce restructuring, or policy updates while minimizing disruption. * Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors; analyze data using Excel for reporting purposes. * Ensure regulatory compliance management by reviewing contracts, handling confidential information securely, and updating policies in line with employment \& labor law requirements. **Skills** * Extensive experience in human capital management (HCM), workforce management, and human resources management practices. * Proven ability in project management with a focus on HR initiatives like affirmative action planning and organization design. * Strong knowledge of employment law including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal compliance. * Proficiency with HR systems such as ADP, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Ceridian, or similar platforms; skilled in data collection and analysis using Excel or other analytical tools. * Excellent communication skills for employee relations, conflict management, and delivering training \& development sessions. * Familiarity with recruiting tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Lever; experience in social media management for talent sourcing is a plus. * Ability to handle personnel administration tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality; experience with contracts and payroll processing is desirable. * Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP), and payroll systems like Paychex or Dayforce; knowledge of OSHA regulations is advantageous.
