Human Resources Coordinator

** Must reside in NC or SC*

Part-Time role, \~20-25 hours per week. Prior experience as an HR Coordinator or experience in an administrative support role or healthcare administration role preferred.

At Speech Inspirations, we provide personalized therapy for children and adults in North Carolina, addressing speech, language, feeding, swallowing, occupational, and developmental needs. Our therapists work one-on-one in natural settings like daycares, homes, and pre-school, plus our offices or remotely via teletherapy. We also place therapists in school-based settings, offering impactful support directly within public educational environments.

The Role:

This is an HR Coordinator role that offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of Human Resources while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience. You’ll work closely with HR leadership, support employees throughout their journey with the organization, and develop valuable skills in HR, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Responsibilities:

• HR administration \& record keeping for SI staff
• Onboarding \& Offboarding of employees
• Inititiating background checks and new hire communication
• Responding and Assisting with HR inquiries inside Speech Inspirations
• Assisting with employee audits and filing
• Maintain confidentiality while organizing HR documentation, tracking deadlines, and supporting daily HR operations
• Complete interviews to support talent acquisition team as necessary as well as reaching out to candidates to schedule

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Details:

• Virtual - Remote
• $19-21 per hour with opportunities for bonuses
