Our approach connects strategy with hands\-on implementation to deliver trusted data, practical solutions, and measurable operational value. Our small, highly experienced team values technical excellence, independent thinking, collaboration, and direct impact. We offer the opportunity to work closely with senior specialists on complex, consequential data challenges. **The Opportunity** Insights LC is seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry Analyst/Developer to operate, maintain, and enhance an enterprise Foundry environment. This hands\-on role combines platform administration and operational reliability with solution development: building and sustaining data pipelines, Ontology resources, applications, and AI\-enabled workflows. The role is suited to someone equally comfortable diagnosing production issues and delivering maintainable Foundry solutions. Working with the government Foundry product owner, data governance specialists, engineers, and end users, the Analyst/Developer will translate requirements into governed data products, improve data quality and discoverability, resolve technical issues, and support user adoption and long\-term sustainment. **Responsibilities** **Platform Administration, Operations \& Maintenance** * Operate, configure, monitor, and maintain Foundry resources, projects, workloads, administrative settings, and resource allocations to support reliable day\-to\-day performance. * Diagnose and resolve jobs, pipeline, permissions, connectivity, resource, and performance issues; investigate recurring incidents and coordinate complex cases with government technical teams and Palantir support. * Support authorized platform configuration changes, upgrades, testing, release validation, monitoring improvements, and operational change management. * Use Python, SQL, and scripting for troubleshooting, operational automation, and technical enhancements. **Foundry Development \& Technical Solutions** * Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflows using Foundry Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Python, PySpark, and SQL. * Model enterprise data in the Foundry Ontology, including object types, properties, links, data objects, and actions; develop and sustain workflows that meet operational needs. * Build, test, and enhance Foundry applications, dashboards, and analytics using Workshop, Quiver, Contour, and other appropriate tools; validate outputs with stakeholders. * Implement or support Palantir AIP and AI/ML integrations, including model\-backed analytical workflows and downstream applications as needed. * Troubleshoot, optimize, and sustain existing Foundry solutions, ensuring performance, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements. **Data Governance, User Support \& Collaboration** * Partner with data governance specialists to implement metadata and catalog management, lineage, data quality and validation checks, ownership, security policies, access controls, and governed data products within Foundry. * Work with the government Foundry product owner and stakeholders to translate operational needs into platform configurations, technical solutions, and enhancements. * Support Foundry user groups, developers, and analysts through troubleshooting, demonstrations, user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer. * Maintain clear technical documentation, data flows and schemas, solution designs, operational runbooks, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures to support reproducibility, onboarding, and sustainment. **Qualifications** **Required** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, or a closely related technical field (required). * Minimum four (4\) years of demonstrated experience implementing solutions with Palantir Foundry or a similar big data analytical platform in a large enterprise environment. Candidates without this experience should not apply. * At least one (1\) year of hands\-on Foundry platform operations, administration, or production support experience; this may overlap with the four\-year implementation requirement. * Strong hands\-on Python and SQL skills, including developing, debugging, and maintaining data transformations, analytical code, or automation; experience with PySpark. * Experience designing and maintaining Foundry data pipelines, ETL workflows, Code Repositories or Code Workbooks, and scalable data assets. * Hands\-on knowledge of Foundry Ontology, including object types, properties, links, and actions, and familiarity with catalog/asset management and data lineage. * Experience troubleshooting production Foundry workloads, performance, permissions, data pipelines, and platform configuration issues. * Experience applying Foundry data quality, metadata, governance, access controls, security, and privacy capabilities. * Experience configuring Foundry data assets, schemas, catalog/metadata, and security policies, with attention to data integrity and regulatory compliance. * Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into maintainable technical solutions and communicate effectively with users and multidisciplinary teams. **Preferred** * Experience with Foundry Workshop, Quiver, Contour, or other application and visualization tools. * Experience implementing Foundry AI capabilities, AI/ML model integration, and analytical workflows. * Experience with cloud\-native technologies, APIs, Git, CI/CD, and performance or cost optimization. * Experience optimizing data storage, retrieval, indexing, and compute performance; familiarity with Foundry APIs and cloud\-native solutions. * Experience supporting product owners, training user groups, and delivering solutions in regulated industries. **Access and Security Requirements** * Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years.
