What You'll Do * Begin with a gradual caseload build, progressing toward a minimum of **10 completed therapy sessions per week** * Work toward a consistent average of **12–15 completed sessions per week** * Have the opportunity to expand beyond 15 weekly sessions based on your interest, availability, and practice referral volume * Provide telehealth and/or in\-person therapy based on licensure, qualifications, and client needs * Work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions * Apply the Mental Map Method™ within your clinical scope and professional judgment * Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours * Participate in required clinical supervision and ongoing professional development What You'll Receive * Practice\-generated referrals as available * Structured clinical training in ADHD, trauma, and executive functioning * Clinical consultation and mentorship * Board\-compliant supervision arrangements where applicable and approved * Administrative, scheduling, and billing support * A defined pathway toward clinical specialization and professional growth Compensation * **Pre\-Licensed Therapists:** $50–$60 per completed therapy session * **Initial Evaluations:** $60–$70 per completed intake * Opportunities for increased compensation based on specialization, responsibilities, and professional development **Requirements** * Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field * Must be a **pre\-licensed clinician pursuing independent clinical licensure** in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC **Preferred licensure pathways:** * Virginia LMSW / Supervisee in Clinical Social Work pursuing LCSW * Maryland LMSW pursuing LCSW\-C, subject to applicable practice\-setting restrictions * DC LGSW pursuing LICSW, subject to applicable practice\-setting restrictions **Also considered:** * Maryland LGPC pursuing LCPC * DC LGPC pursuing LPC * Other pre\-licensed clinical credentials with an established, Board\-compliant supervision pathway compatible with MMW **Additional requirements:** * Hold an applicable state credential or have a clearly established pathway to obtaining the required credential before providing clinical services * Be eligible for an appropriate supervision arrangement covering the proposed MMW clinical work * Minimum 1 year of psychotherapy experience (graduate internship experience counts) * Ability to offer at least one evening or weekend availability within 60 days * Interest in building and maintaining a caseload averaging **12–15 completed sessions per week**, with a minimum target of 10 once established * Willingness to learn and apply structured clinical approaches Candidates requiring supervision must provide a written licensure and supervision plan before onboarding. Clinical work cannot begin until applicable licensing, supervision, and practice requirements are satisfied.
