The Project Management Specialist supports major, organization‑wide policy initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional project timelines, facilitating alignment among diverse stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality policy products. This role provides structured project management expertise, drives execution across multiple workstreams, and helps leadership maintain clear visibility into progress, risks, and interdependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support development and tracking of project schedules, milestones, and dependencies. Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to gather updates and maintain alignment with project leads. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items. Identify scheduling risks or delays and flag them to project leads. Create dashboards, status reports, and documentation for leadership. Maintain consistent project management processes and tools across workstreams.

Here's what you need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, policy support, consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast‑paced environments.
  • Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Interest in policy development and cross‑functional teamwork.
