Remote Life Insurance Agent 100% Commission Based

Overview

As a Remote Life Insurance Agent, you’ll help clients understand life insurance options and choose coverage suited to their needs. You’ll connect with prospective and existing clients remotely, explain policy details clearly, and guide them through application and follow-up steps. Your impact: By matching clients with appropriate coverage and communicating each step clearly, you help individuals and families make informed decisions about financial protection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance sales conversations through remote channels, including telemarketing, and respond to client questions with attentive customer service.
• Assess client needs, explain life insurance products, and apply negotiation and analysis skills to support suitable recommendations.
• Build lasting customer relationships through timely client communication, follow-up, and effective use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Manage sales administration, applications, records, and related processes in accordance with insurance regulation and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy requirements.
• Support outreach and marketing efforts; coordinate with colleagues on benefits administration and related insurance questions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, insurance sales, outside sales, or retail sales is valuable; life insurance knowledge is preferred. Health insurance knowledge, health insurance, commercial insurance knowledge, and property and casualty insurance familiarity are also useful.
• Strong communication skills, customer relationship building, and client communication skills, with a service-focused approach.
• CRM system proficiency and Microsoft Office skills; able to organize sales administration and review information accurately.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation and HIPAA is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
