We are currently looking for a Life Science Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to support our expanding partnerships that help bring life\-changing therapies to patients and improve, extend, and save lives. Responsibilities: * Identify, attract, and deliver top\-tier talent for our Life Sciences programs, accelerating R\&D pipelines and commercial launches. * Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to provide a seamless, high\-touch candidate and hiring manager experience. * Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing technologies to optimize recruiting workflows, pipeline management, and reporting visibility. * Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum of 4 years of full\-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO, corporate, or in\-house Talent Acquisition environment. * At least 2 years of experience recruiting for R\&D, Clinical, and/or Commercial roles within Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Life Sciences organizations. * Previous agency or third\-party recruiting experience is a plus. * Demonstrated success developing and executing talent attraction strategies through multiple channels, including social media, direct sourcing, professional associations, networking events, alumni networks, and specialized career sites. * Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jobvite, and other ATS platforms preferred. Skills and Competencies * Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship\-building skills across all organizational levels. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and manage priorities effectively. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced, evolving environment. * Demonstrated integrity, adaptability, accountability, and ownership mindset. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40\-$50/hr. but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
