Job Description

Fertilizer Additive Independent Representative Opportunity Sales commission based income. We are currently building an independent sales organization focused on introducing a unique nutrient efficiency technology platform, into horticulture, turf, specialty crop, and eventually agricultural markets across the United States. We are actively seeking experienced independent representatives with established relationships and existing territories in all across America. This is not a traditional fertilizer sales opportunity, nor is it simply another additive competing in an overcrowded commodity market. This product represents a different category of technology entirely. The product was developed around a simple but powerful concept: fertilizer inefficiency is fundamentally a delivery problem, not simply a chemistry problem. Instead of changing fertilizer chemistry, this product is designed to improve how nutrients behave, move, and interact within the plant system so that growers can potentially achieve equal or improved performance while reducing fertilizer usage significantly. The market timing for this technology is extremely strong. Growers throughout turf, horticulture, specialty crop and agriculture are under increasing pressure from rising fertilizer costs, nutrient management regulations, environmental concerns, and tightening margins. Nearly every grower today is searching for ways to improve nutrient use efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize return on fertilizer investments. This product directly addresses these concerns while fitting alongside existing fertilizer programs rather than replacing them outright. Commercial programs and research trials have demonstrated compelling results. In some cases, fertilizer programs have been reduced by nearly 45% while maintaining production performance. Additional trials have shown increased biomass, improved nutrient uptake, stronger nutrient retention, and meaningful return\-on\-investment potential under reduced fertility programs. This creates a sales conversation that is both economically compelling and highly differentiated from conventional fertilizer or biological product offerings currently available in the market. We are intentionally building this organization around independent representatives rather than a large corporate sales structure. We believe the best market builders are experienced relationship\-based sales professionals who already understand their local markets, maintain trusted relationships, and can evaluate opportunities quickly. The ideal representative is not simply a salesperson but rather a technical relationship builder who understands how to work with growers, consultants, distributors, and agronomic professionals. Our initial market focus includes turf and ornamental, greenhouse production, horticulture, nursery, specialty vegetables, and high\-value crop systems. These markets tend to move more quickly with new technologies and place a high value on measurable performance improvements, nutrient efficiency, and production consistency. Long\-term expansion into broader agricultural markets is anticipated as additional field data and distribution partnerships continue to develop. Representatives will primarily be responsible for identifying qualified growers, distributors, consultants, and trial cooperators within their territory. The sales process will initially focus heavily on education, relationship development, and demonstration opportunities. Because this is a new technology category for many growers, the sales cycle often begins with trial discussions, side\-by\-side comparisons, nutrient reduction demonstrations, and ROI conversations rather than immediate large\-volume sales. Representatives who are comfortable with consultative technical selling and long\-term relationship development will perform best in this environment. We are not seeking transactional product pushers. The ideal representative understands agronomy, plant nutrition, turf management, greenhouse production, fertigation systems, or specialty crop management and can confidently discuss nutrient efficiency concepts with growers and decision makers. Existing relationships with distributors, crop consultants, turf managers, greenhouse operators, or horticultural producers are highly valuable. Representatives who already carry complementary product lines may also find this product to be a strong addition to their portfolio because the technology integrates alongside existing fertilizer programs rather than directly competing against many current product offerings. The compensation structure is designed to reward motivated independent representatives who can build long\-term recurring business. The current structure provides a 10% commission opportunity for independent representatives. Because this product is intended to become integrated into ongoing fertility programs, successful representatives have the potential to develop recurring annual business across their territories rather than relying solely on one\-time sales. As the organization grows, strong territory development and long\-term account relationships are expected to become increasingly valuable. This opportunity is especially attractive for experienced independent representatives who are looking to add a highly differentiated technology to their existing product mix. Most growers have seen countless fertilizer products, biological products, additives, and crop inputs over the years. This product creates a very different conversation centered around efficiency, nutrient delivery, fertilizer reduction, sustainability, and economic return. The uniqueness of the product often creates strong initial interest and opens doors for meaningful conversations with growers who are actively searching for ways to improve profitability and nutrient management. Support will be available for qualified representatives, including product education, technical information, trial support guidance, marketing materials, and assistance with strategic market development. As additional research and field data continue to expand, representatives will have increasing access to supporting materials that help strengthen grower confidence and market credibility. This opportunity is best suited for independent representatives who are entrepreneurial, relationship\-driven, and comfortable helping build a new market category. Early representatives will have the opportunity to help shape territory development, establish key accounts, and participate in the growth of a technology platform that will expand well beyond initial markets. We are particularly interested in individuals who understand that long\-term value in agriculture is built through trust, performance, consistency, and measurable results. Growers ultimately adopt technologies that improve profitability and solve real\-world problems. This product appears positioned to address some of the most important challenges facing modern crop production today, including nutrient efficiency, fertilizer costs, environmental pressure, and sustainable production practices. Qualified independent representatives who already maintain established territories and relationships within the target states are encouraged to begin discussions regarding market fit, territory alignment, and long\-term opportunities with the organization. Pay: $1\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Application Question(s): * 3 years experience selling agriculture, horticulture, turf or similar products.
