This suits someone organized who follows through and stays on top of appointments. You should be comfortable on the phone and steady with details. It is not a fit if you dislike structured follow-up. We provide training, scripts, and support. Tied to the results you produce.

What the Work Looks Like

• Call families who requested information and review their coverage options together
• Walk each household through available plans and answer their questions clearly
• Help families choose an option that comfortably fits their monthly budget
• Complete the application accurately and confirm the next steps with them
• Follow up on every appointment and keep your commitments fully on track
• Keep your notes and daily pipeline organized inside our internal system

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable talking with families on the phone for most of the day
• Reliable with follow-up and consistent about keeping your scheduled appointments
• A clear speaker who can explain coverage options in plain terms
• Self-motivated and steady while working alone from a home office
• Able to learn our plans and enrollment steps fairly quickly
• Have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a decent headset
